Moray & Agnew welcomes partner to domestic building insurance team
National law firm Moray & Agnew has appointed a new partner in its Melbourne office.
Jonathan Sumskas has been appointed to the Moray & Agnew partnership, effective immediately.
Throughout his career, Mr Sumskas has also acted for contractors, developers and other stakeholders in construction and property disputes and has a particular interest in complex construction claims.
Prior to returning to Moray & Agnew for his new partnership position, Mr Sumskas was a special counsel at Colin, Biggers & Paisley, according to his LinkedIn profile. Before this, he was a senior associate at Clyde & Co.
Moray & Agnew Melbourne managing partner Bill Papastergiadis OAM congratulated Mr Sumskas on his elevation to partner, noting his experience is of significant value to the firm.
