Linc Personnel acquired by labour hire company
Labour hire company Ashley Services has acquired Linc Personnel, in a move to continue to grow within the Australian market.

Key players: The Addisons team was led by partner Dale Chapman, with support from special counsel Geri du Plessis and solicitor Jai Clark.
Deal significance: Ashley Services Group provides bespoke labour hire, recruitment and training services to blue-chip organisations, NFPs, government departments and SMEs across Australia.
Commenting on the transaction, the firm said that it was their “great pleasure to work with Ashley, a long-term client, on this strategic move into the oil and gas sector”.
“This transaction will support Ashley’s continuing impressive growth,” the firm stated.
