Ms Foudoulis is a corporate and commercial lawyer, specialising in commercial property. She has extensive knowledge and experience in a broad range of property law areas, including commercial and retail leasing, property developments, sales and acquisitions, and advising clients on property-related matters.

She has acted for a range of clients, including listed and unlisted property funds and corporations, national retailers and developers, shopping centre owners, state government departments, statutory corporations and private investors.

Mr Ryan specialises in insolvency and reconstruction, and litigation and dispute resolution, and is a professional member of the Australian Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA). He advises insolvency practitioners, company directors and individuals about the legal aspects and consequences of corporate and personal insolvency.

He advocates frequently in the Supreme Court, the Federal Court and other jurisdictions. Since commencing his legal career in 2010, he has successfully resolved many complex commercial disputes.

Bill Karvela, managing partner, said: “These promotions are truly well-deserved and recognise their respective talent, knowledge and experience.

“Both Angela and Seamus have demonstrated steadfast dedication and commitment to their clients by providing consistently excellent service, and made an outstanding contribution to the firm and, more broadly, the profession.”

“The partners and staff congratulate Angela and Séamus on their promotion,” said RCL.
