Ms Biscoe joined Webb Henderson in 2013, where she practised as a disputes, competition, consumer and regulatory lawyer. She has worked closely with the Webb Henderson team on a range of significant disputes, competition and regulatory assignments.

Ms Biscoe advises clients on all aspects of competition and consumer law and has represented individuals and corporations in dealings with regulators such as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

She is a former winner of the dispute resolution category at Lawyers Weekly’s 30 Under 30 Awards.

“Diana is recognised in the market as a genuine expert in her chosen area of practice and one of the brightest young competition and dispute lawyers in town,” competition and disputes group senior partner Andrew Christopher said in a statement.

“Diana is very committed to her chosen area of practice and has a strong client focus.”

“We are very excited by Diana’s promotion to the partnership, as are our clients,” commented partner Angus Henderson.

“Diana is emerging as a leading practitioner and her promotion to the partner ranks represents Webb and Henderson’s continued focus on competition, consumer and regulatory law.”

Diana Biscoe’s appointment as partner is effective 1 July 2022.
