Hicksons relocates its Newcastle office
East coast-based-firm Hicksons has relocated its Newcastle office to the state-of-the-art Darby Plaza.
Strong client demand, leading to consistent growth, has seen the firm double the size of its legal team since 2017, it said in a statement.
Hicksons managing partner Stewart Cameron said that the firm is “thrilled” about the relocation to Darby Plaza, and that the new location provides a “central and convenient workplace for our clients and for our people”, as its growth in the Newcastle/Hunter region continues.
Najeh Marhaba, partner in charge of Hicksons Newcastle, said that the firm’s vision for the space was to “create something unique, collaborative and exciting” and that they are “proud of the reputation Hicksons has built over the years”.
“The Hunter region is rapidly emerging as a leading regional hub for commercial law, and professional services more broadly. Client demand is growing and evolving in the region as local communities and businesses thrive.
“The firm continues to meet growing demand from government, organisations, and individuals across both Australia and Asia. We remain committed to providing excellent service to our clients in the region and beyond,” Mr Marhaba concluded.
