HOPGOOD GANIM has appointed Andrew Tobin as special counsel to its workplace relations practice.
Tobin specialises in all aspects of workplace relations law, occupational health and safety and discrimination law, including common law employment disputes. His industry exposure is broad and includes the manufacturing, health, hospitality, financial services, construction, entertainment and private education industries.
“Workplace relations is an area of law that affects every employer, whether they be a family business or a multinational corporation,” Tobin said.

A Queensland Law Society approved mediator, Tobin is a member of the Industrial Relations Societies of Queensland and Australia and the Law Council of Australia.
