SYDNEY-BASED SENIOR solicitor Alan Prasad has been appointed at trans-Tasman law firm Duncan Cotterill.

 
 

Prasad has experience in corporate and commercial law, practising in both Australia and Fiji since 2001. He has a strong interest in mergers and acquisitions, franchising, securities, corporate governance, employment law and intellectual property.

Fluent in Indo-Fijian and Hindi, Prasad joined Duncan Cotterill’s Sydney office in March 2006 after previously working for a commercial and corporate firm in Fiji and in a general practices in Victoria and Canberra.
