A native speaker of Mandarin, Shi is also qualified to practise law in the United States. He has extensive corporate and commercial experience, advising on all aspects of foreign direct investment and on all types of corporate structures and operational issues in China.
Shi represents clients from a wide array of industries including financial services, oil and gas, publishing and media, mining, manufacturing, aviation, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
