ADELAIDE-BASED firm Kelly & Co Lawyers has welcomed the appointment of one associate and three lawyers.

New associate Ben Pentelow has joined the corporate and commercial team. He has particular experience in advising large private property funds in connection with all aspects of their corporate and commercial activities.

“I am delighted to be joining Kelly & Co’s highly regarded corporate and commercial practice,” Pentelow said. “Their client focus is outstanding.”

Partner of the group, Jamie Restas, said “[Pentelow] adds to and strengthens our team. He comes to us with an excellent reputation in the market for corporate and M&A work and we are delighted to have him on board.”

Also appointed are lawyers Jake Radloff, Rebecca Wilson and Tom Bridges. Having been recently admitted to practice, the three lawyers were part of the firm’s law clerk program.
