National firm strengthens insurance and health practice
The insurance and health law team within a national firm has been strengthened with the addition of a financial lines expert and lawyer.

Financial lines lawyer John Fogg will be joining the Barry.Nilsson. Brisbane office as a consultant, bringing with him over a decade of experience acting as coverage and defence counsel for insurers in both London and Australia.
This appointment brings the Barry.Nilsson. financial lines specialist presence in Brisbane to 10 and allows the promotion of five principles nationally in July, including new financial lines principal Jordan Farr, who joins Rhett Kennedy in leading the Brisbane team. The firm will soon be announcing other promotions in the coming weeks.
Mr Fogg, who is expected to commence in the office after the new year, said he is really looking forward to meeting the team and “cannot wait to get started”.
Chairman and head of the national insurance and health law practice, Mr Kennedy, said the appointment further strengthens the firm’s financial lines team.
