Hamilton Locke appoints special counsel

A former Dentons special counsel with experience in international firms and banks will join Hamilton Locke, bringing with him over 15 years of experience.

Over 15 years, special counsel Jeremy Murnain has built an extensive resumé that includes working across multiple jurisdictions in Australia, England, the United States and PNG. As a banking and finance specialist, Mr Murnain will act on corporate, levered/acquisition, real estate and project financing for Hamilton Locke.

 
 

Prior to this new role, Mr Murnain worked for Dentons, Herbert Smith Freehills, Baker McKenzie, King & Wood Mallesons, and JPMorgan.
