After being admitted in October 1984, Scott initially practiced family law as well as criminal, commercial and estate litigation. He then practiced family law almost exclusively from 1996.

Scott has joined the firm as an accredited family law specialist. He was appointed as a deputy registrar in the Family Court of Australia, and served in that role from November 1999 to January 2005, before returning to private practice at SBA Family Lawyers.

VIEW ALL

Scott is also a member of Legal Aid Queensland’s Independent Children’s Lawyer and Separate Representative Panel, a member of the family law section of Law Council of Australia, a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association and a member of Queensland Collaborative Law.
