NEW SENIOR associate Mark Paige has left Maddocks to return to the front-end construction practice of Henry Davis York, where he has previously worked.

Paige brings experience advising private sector sponsors, financiers, construction contractors, equipment suppliers, consultants and subcontractors on front-end construction and major projects. He provides commercially-focused advice to a broad range of clients in the building, engineering and infrastructure industries.

“I am delighted to return to Henry Davis York,” Paige said. “HDY is a distinguished and highly respected law firm, whose focus on culture and its people is a real standout for me. I am really looking forward to once again working with the construction team.”

Paige will work across the firm’s construction, infrastructure and major projects group.

“It is a pleasure to have [Paige] back at HDY. He is a highly skilled and technically astute front-end construction lawyer, whose return will be of substantial benefit to the firm,” partner Shane Martins said.
