CRAIG BELL has been promoted to partner at Turks Legal, and Amy Hall and Todd Riley have advanced to senior associate positions.
Coming to the firm in 2002, Hall has since worked in the commercial disputes and insolvency team. She conducts matters on behalf of liquidators, as well as handling defended debt litigation.
Riley’s expertise covers regulatory compliance, product disclosure, licensing under the corporations and superannuation legislation, death and disability claims procedures and management, and Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT) matters. He has worked at ASIC and the SCT as an external advisor, and has held a senior legal role with a superannuation administrator.
“We offer our congratulations to [Bell], [Hall] and [Riley],” managing partner Peter Turk said. “These lawyers have been promoted due to their strong client service ethic and commitment to the firm’s values.”
The appointments take partner numbers for the firm to 20, and senior associate numbers to nine.
