EBSWORTH & EBSWORTH has made partnership appointments in its Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices.

Property lawyer Mary Digiglio joins the partnership in Sydney. She advises industrial, commercial, residential and retail property owners and investors on commercial and corporate law related to property, development and construction.

Insurance partner Rick Horsley, previously of Deacons Lawyers, joins the Melbourne office, bringing with him special counsel Craig Down. Horsley’s clients rank amongst the largest insurers in Australia.

Paul Luton joins the partnership in the Brisbane office’s property, construction and infrastructure team. Luton was previously with Gilshenan & Luton and advises on commercial property law in the residential, commercial retail and rural sectors.
