SPECIALIST QUEENSLAND firm Carter Newell has made three new appointments to its team.
The corporate and commercial team has welcomed new solicitor Adrian Moffatt. Moffat has provided advice on corporate and commercial transactions including business structures, commercial contracts, contractual disputes, intellectual property and trade practice. He was previously working in-house for a financial institution in the IT contracts group and has advised on IT procurement agreements, software licenses and external service provider agreements.
Michelle Matthew has also joined the firm as a paralegal in the professional liability team.
