Nigel Smith has been appointed a senior associate in the corporate and commercial legal team at Cutler Hughes & Harris. Smith joins Cutlers from Coleman and Greig.

Smith will enhance Cutlers’ expertise in commercial transactions, specifically in the areas of franchising and intellectual property.

Smith will advise on compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct and the preparation of all franchise documentation including agreements, disclosure documents, disputes and termination. He will also advise clients on trademark law, copyright, confidential information and licensing of intellectual property.
