BLAKE DAWSON Waldron has boosted its Sydney corporate practice with the appointment of Austin Bell as partner. An experienced “hands on” commercial practitioner with a plethora of experience in funds management — including the establishment and administration of funds — Bell advises on regulatory issues associated with funds, and on the structuring of complex M&A transactions and fund investment structures.
