BLAKE DAWSON Waldron has boosted its Sydney corporate practice with the appointment of Austin Bell as partner. An experienced “hands on” commercial practitioner with a plethora of experience in funds management — including the establishment and administration of funds — Bell advises on regulatory issues associated with funds, and on the structuring of complex M&A transactions and fund investment structures.

 
 

Corporate practice leader Mark Stanbridge praised Bell, a veteran of three jurisdictions, stating that the appointment “will continue to add depth to our funds management practice expertise and also ensure that we continue to deliver top legal services to our clients.”
