Nunns returns to the firm’s Wellington branch as a senior associate having gleaned extensive experience overseas acting on behalf of major investment banks in equity securities and mergers and acquisitions. Nunns will now focus on securities offerings, public and private acquisitions and corporate reorganisations as part of Bell Gully’s corporate team.
