DIBBS ABBOTT Stillman has announced the promotion of leading property and commercial lawyer Michael Warren to partner in its corporate and commercial team in Melbourne.

Warren joined the firm in 2005 as special counsel after 28 years in private practice. His experience includes commercial property developments, commercial leasing, property finance, joint ventures, sale of business and business restructuring.

Warren also advises some of Australia’s leading property developers and has worked on a number of landmark property developments and acquisitions including restoration and redevelopment of heritage-listed buildings and long-term leasehold properties.
