Jensen Hughes acquires ‘market-leading’ building consultant
Hamilton Locke has advised global company Jensen Hughes on its acquisition of Aussie-headquartered BCA Logic Pty Ltd.

BCA Logic Pty Ltd is described as a market leader in Australia in code consulting and fire safety engineering.
Jensen Hughes’ acquisition of BCA Logic marks its first entry into the Australian market.
