For the last four years, Jamie Durham has been working in the London office of international firm Allen & Overy, where he was part of the general securities team in the firm’s international capital markets group. His areas of expertise are mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings and other markets transactions.

Nichola Williams specialises in acquisitions and disposals, corporate governance, listings and secondary capital raisings. She has spent the last five years working in Dublin and London for Binchys Solicitors and Maples and Calder, advising UK and international clients on a range of transactions, but with particular focus on initial public offerings on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
