Coulter Roache welcomes esteemed principal
The Victorian-headquartered law firm has appointed a new principal lawyer, who brings an extensive background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Bellbrae-based David Galbally AM QC has joined Coulter Roache this month, where he will focus on litigation and general commercial legal advice. His new role sees him based at Coulter Roache’s Geelong and Surf Coast offices.

“He brings extensive experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution including employment contracts, sports law issues, directors and trustees duties, and risk governance. David’s background and experience is a great addition to our already strong team and we welcome him to the firm.”
Mr Galbally, who in addition to his new role chairs the Industry Superannuation Fund, said he’s excited to join a firm with a distinguished presence in the Victorian market.

Prior to joining Momentum Media, Emma worked in breakfast radio, delivering news to the Central West region of NSW, before taking on a radio journalist role at Southern Cross Austereo, based in Townsville, North Queensland.
She holds a Bachelor of Communications (Journalism) degree from Charles Sturt University.
