SYDNEY FIRM Swaab Attorneys has appointed two new solicitors to its IP & technology and property practice groups.

 
 

Tyrilly Bolton joins the firm’s IP & technology team from an in-house position at Foxtel. At Foxtel, she was responsible for service supply agreements, marketing clearances for online, print and television, telemarketing, direct mail and other regulatory compliance. She also has experience in commercial litigation at Dibbs Abbott Stillman.

Joining the firm’s property group, Kirstin McGibbon specialises in the purchase and sale of residential, commercial, rural and industrial property throughout both Australia and New Zealand. She also has experience in the negotiation, preparation and review of commercial and retail leases.
