ADELAIDE FIRM Mellor Olsson has appointed Ali Coudraye as a solicitor in the firm’s commercial litigation team. Coudraye’s focus will be on commercial law, trade practices, contract disputes and planning and environmental law.

 
 

Soon to begin a Masters of Laws in international law and international relations at Flinders University, she also has interests in international business law, insolvency, taxation and mergers and acquisitions.

Coudraye, who will be working under partners Andrew Goode and Tim Mellor, said of her new role: “I was elated to be offered a position at Mellor Olsson. The corporate culture is excellent and I am looking forward to be working with the very experienced practitioners in the firm.”
