BOLSTERING ITS IP capability, Minter Ellison has appointed Lynne Peach to its Sydney Office.

Previously at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Peach has built up more than 10 years’ experience advising the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters for national and international clients.

Her experience in the pharmaceuticals, life sciences and biotechnology fields ranges from R&D agreements and commercialisation deals through to regulatory compliance, patent litigation and IP protection.

In the FMCG sector, she has worked with marketing and management teams on advertising and sponsorship strategies, clearing product performance claims and enforcing and protecting trade marks and other rights.

In her new position, she will play a key role in driving opportunities for the firm’s health & ageing industry focus.
