SYDNEY FIRM Cutler Hughes + Harris has announced that Lucinda Smith has been appointed as the firm’s new executive partner. Smith takes over from Tom Boyce, who held the position for more than two years.
This latest appointment follows the recent shift in the firm’s management structure, with the appointment of a non-lawyer chief operating office, Robin Parkes.
Speaking of Smith’s appointment, Parkes said: “Smith is highly respected among her peers and clients, and has demonstrated throughout her career that her focus is on building the entire business, not only her own practice. It is a true testament to the nurturing environment Culters provides to those who are dedicated and hard working — age and gender are no hindrance.”
