Jodylee Bartal, who was most recently a principal at Aitken Partners, and Louise Dorian, who is returning to the firm after serving as a special counsel at Gadens for six years, have both joined Schetzer Papaleo as partners.

Together, they bring 40 years of combined experience to the boutique firm, which is based in Melbourne.

Founding partner David Schetzer said that these appointments make “perfect sense” for the firm.

“Jodylee and Louise embody our firm’s values, focussed on delivering intelligent and pragmatic legal solutions to complex family law matters,” he said.

Ms Bartal noted: “I couldn’t be happier to be joining a specialist family law firm truly focused on delivering first-class family law solutions for clients. The strength and experience of a team with clear areas of micro-specialisation will offer incredible value for my clients.”

Ms Dorian added: “The depth of experience and knowledge at Schetzer Papaleo make it an unrivaled specialist firm that I am delighted to be part of once again.”
