NSW firm hires former DWF specialist
Newcastle-headquartered law firm Mullane & Lindsay Solicitors has hired a new commercial litigator.
The firm has officially welcomed Craig Doyle to its Newcastle office.
Throughout his career, Mr Doyle has built up an impressive practice, advising on commercial transactions and litigation, including matters related to commercial property, property development, retail leasing, and issues with corporations.
He is an accredited specialist by the Law Society of NSW in both business law and commercial litigation, an arbitrator of the Local Court of NSW, and a public notary. Further, he is also a member of the AICD.
Mullane & Lindsay director Kristy Nunn welcomed Mr Doyle to the firm.
“Given one of our mantras is ‘we speak your language’, Craig is a perfect fit,” she said.
“We’ve also been working with local businesses across the Hunter and mid north coast for more than 40 years and are thrilled to further strengthen our commercial offering.”
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Doyle said: “I’m really excited to be joining Mullane & Lindsay and look forward to contributing my specialist skills to their exceptional legal services,” noting that he’s looking forward to the firm’s modern approach to providing services.
“When I began practicing we used telexes and manual typewriters. I am now in the cloud and part of a global technological matrix along with a new area of law known as Verification of Identity, or VOI, an important part of commercial real estate transactions,” he said.
“Despite this, it is still all about people and explaining the law in plain English.”
