BOUTIQUE ADELAIDE firm Kain Corporate + Commercial Lawyers has recently appointed Michelle Hutton to its transactions and advisory team.

Hutton has joined Kain C+C from a small Sydney-based commercial law firm where she specialised in business succession and estate planning, commercial advice and agreements.

Her experience includes preparing estate plans, advising on shareholder and joint venture agreements for existing and start-up companies and advising on succession strategies. She has also prepared and advised on a broad range of commercial documents including licence distribution, management and consultancy agreements.
