PharmaLex acquires majority interest in Brandwood CKC
Hall & Wilcox has advised PharmaLex GmbH on acquiring a majority interest in an Australian health science consultancy.

Deal significance: Reflecting on the transaction, Mr Jankowsky said: “We provided pragmatic advice to our client, who was represented by experienced M&A professionals from Auctus Capital Partners AG.
“This cross-border deal had some particular complexities, but we managed to complete the matter in the target timeframe.”
Auctus in-house counsel Dr Ulrich Müller added: “We very much appreciated the hands-on approach of Oliver and his team. They provided great advice related to the complex shareholder structure and also for the specific medical-related issues that came up during the deal.”
