HOLDING REDLICH has strengthened its construction law expertise, having recently appointed Michael Batch as a senior associate in the firm’s Brisbane office.

Batch recently returned to Australia, after spending the last two years at Pinsent Masons in London, advising construction companies and contractors involved in disputes in the UK, Kuwait, China, Tajikistan and Gibraltar.

He was also involved in advising Wembley National Stadium, a subsidiary of the Football Association and owners of the new Wembley Stadium in London, who were involved in a high-profile dispute with the contractor.

He has also previously worked with Gadens and Clayton Utz.
