TRESSCOX LAWYERS has appointed construction law specialist Rob Leacock as a partner.

 
 

Leacock, who will be based in the firm’s Brisbane office, has more than 20 years experience as construction and development industry lawyer.

His broad expertise includes preparing all project-related documents as well as dispute resolution in the areas of contract law, tort claims, insurance law, trade practices and environment and planning law. He is also experienced in large-scale project works, ranging from CBD officer towers to hospitals, gas supply projects and bridges.

His clients include developers, building contracts, building owners, industry organisations and engineering and architectural consultants.
