Kevin Finn (pictured), an accredited specialist in wills and estates law, has joined Keypoint’s Melbourne office, strengthening the firm’s estate planning, administration and litigation teams.

He has a master of laws, majoring in wills and estates and a diploma of financial service (financial planning). Prior to joining Keypoint, he was a senior associate at Macpherson Kelley.

Speaking about his appointment, Mr Finn said he was “delighted” to be joining the “highly credentialed” team at Keypoint.

“I was impressed by Keypoint’s business model which allows me the autonomy and flexibility to tailor the delivery of services in a way which delivers true quality and genuine value for clients,” he explained.

Firm chief executive Warren Kalinko added: “Keypoint’s estate planning, administration and litigation department is recognised as one of the leading teams in this area. Kevin’s experience, expertise and strong community engagement will add strength to our industry-recognised team, as well as expanding our footprint in Melbourne.”

“The firm’s ability to attract an emerging leader in the field demonstrates the firm’s growing appeal to high calibre lawyers across the age spectrum. We are very pleased to welcome Kevin to the firm,” he proclaimed.

The appointment follows a string of hires by Keypoint, including the addition of consulting principals in the areas of commercial and property, privacy, family law and government
