JOHN HAYWARD and Graham Dutton have been promoted to partner at Cairns-based firm Williams Graham Carman Solicitors.

Hayward is an experienced litigation lawyer who has been with the firm since 2001. His areas of expertise include personal and corporate insolvency, debt recovery and debt management.

He has worked with and against liquidators, bankruptcy trustees and government bodies.

Dutton, who was admitted to practice just four years ago, has become a partner in the firm’s commercial and property team. His focus includes the hotel, liquor and gaming industries, property law and business services. He also regularly acts for individuals, small businesses and corporate entities in leasing and commercial conveyancing.
