HENRY DAVIS York has strengthened its financial services team with the appointment of two new partners, Anne MacNamara and Greg Reinhardt.

 
 

MacNamara specialises in superannuation and has advised in relation to public sector, public offer and corporate superannuation funds. She has many years experience working in private practice and as in-house counsel and head of legal at super and investment consultancy, Mercer. Her clients include trustees and corporate sponsors of funds and service providers to the financial sector.

Reinhardt specialises in tax, and has particular expertise advising in relation to federal income tax, goods and services tax and state taxes. He has more than 10 years’ experience in taxation and revenue law and he advises a number of domestic and foreign corporations across a range of industries. Before joining HDY Reinhardt spent several years at Ernst & Young as a senior manager in the corporate tax consulting group.
