Julian Olley has close to 30 years’ experience acting for NSW and federal government as well as private and listed clients on real estate investment.

He will bring with him a wealth of experience ranging from whole-of-portfolio management; commercial property development and joint ventures; to office, industrial, retail and agriculture disposals, acquisitions and leasing.

Mr Olley commented: “One of the things that drew me to Turks was its reputation for being pragmatic, people-centric and innovative, while offering highly competitive rates. I have heard so many good things from clients and colleagues alike that I am genuinely excited to join the Turk’s team.”

As a specialist in affordable housing, retirement living and government property, Mr Olley will work alongside TurksLegal’s other property specialists whose clients include landlords, corporates, property developers and REITS across Australia.

He is the second partner appointed to the commercial group.
