THE EVER-EXPANDING global legal giant DLA Piper has announced the appointment of Susheela Rivers as a partner in the firm’s real estate team in Hong Kong.
Her specialty areas are the real estate aspects of hotels, acquisitions and disposals, financing, developments, leases and private funding initiatives, advising developers, investors, financiers and tenants. Her clients have included international hotel groups, investment banks, property companies, retailers and hospitals, whom she has advised in relation to complex, high-value transactions including securitisations and IPOs.
