Since November, he has been using this expertise as a consulting principal and a member of Peer Legal’s advisory board.

According to his bio on the website, Mr Robertson has focused on building long-term relationships with clients that has helped enhance transaction efficiencies, retain corporate memory and foster a proactive team approach to solving issues.

This approach has been particularly effective for SMEs and developing businesses that are resource-poor as well as larger corporates, the firm wrote.

Mr Robertson practises mostly in corporate structuring and corporate advisory, equity raisings, mergers and acquisitions, FIRBG, corporate governance, funds management, co-operatives and AFSL and financial services.
