HOLDING REDLICH has expanded its Sydney office with the appointment of two new partners.

 
 

Rashda Rana has joined the firm’s commercial dispute resolution team, specialising in construction and infrastructure dispute resolution.

Rana has practiced as a barrister in London and Sydney for the last 17 years and she is an adjunct professor of International Commercial Arbitration at the University of Sydney and chief examiner for the evidence examination for the NSW Bar.

Donna Bartlett joins the firm’s corporate and commercial team. She specialises in information technology, telecommunications, intellectual property and general procurement. Bartlett’s previous experience includes working as a senior executive at US software company Viasoft, in an IT outsourcing role at Colonial State Bank and in private practice.
