Intera Group completes $212m North Sydney Tower acquisition
Australian law firm, McCabe Curwood, has advised Intera Group on its acquisition of 65 Berry Street, located in North Sydney.

Deal significance: The acquisition was complete on 18 December 2020. Prior to settlement, the North Sydney Tower was part of the Charter Hall Office Trust.
Commenting on the deal, McCabe Curwood’s property team said: “It was a pleasure to represent the Intera Group in this matter which involved complex due diligence including the existence of the Metro station at North Sydney being constructed immediately adjacent to the site.”
