MELBOURNE FIRM Monahan + Rowell has promoted Adrian Sella, a construction litigation specialist, to the position of special counsel.

 
 

Sella joined M+R in 2004, having previously worked at Herbert Geer & Rundle and Phillips Fox as a senior associate.

His practice involves advising on contracts and on insurance issues and risk management issues and he acts in litigation before the courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, arbitration and disciplinary tribunals. He also organises and acts in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Sella has represented and advised architects, engineers, building surveyors, town planners, municipal councils, land surveyors and draftspersons, legal practitioners, real estate agents and financial planners.
