Swaab adds another partner
Sydney-based SME firm Swaab has appointed a partner for its property and commercial team.

Julie Briscoe (pictured), who Swaab said specialises in “all aspects of commercial and retail property law, while also having extensive experience in corporate and trust structuring and finance transactions”, has been hired by the firm as its newest partner.
She joins the firm from Polczynski Robinson, where she was a partner.
Speaking about the appointment, Swaab managing partner Mary Digiglio said it is an “exciting time” in the firm’s growth journey.
“Julie’s experience, shared client service beliefs and sound culture fit serve to strengthen our marketing leading full-service legal offering,” she proclaimed.
“Ensuring we continue to deliver unrivalled value for money and quality of service with our hallmark of Generosity of Spirit and commitment to living the Swaab Brand of Service.”
Ms Briscoe has been hired to help “meet our clients’ increasing needs and as part of the firm’s strategic growth objectives”, the firm added.
The appointment follows the hiring or two partners and one senior associate in mid-January as well as the firm’s merger, under the Swaab banner, with Hardings Lawyers in June of last year.
