Influencer merchandise brand advised on venture capital investment
Australian-based influencer merchandise and media company HYPR CARRY has been advised on its recently announced investment from Nations Ventures.

Deal significance: HYPR CARRY co-founder Aiden Hiko said that it has been an “an incredible launch year for the team and we were looking closely at how to continue the momentum into 2021”.
“It was important for us to secure a partner that was beneficial to the vision of HYPR, but also strengthened our network for our influencers,” he said.
“Game Legal played a pivotal role in ensuring we understood exactly what our partnership with Nations Ventures would be. They guided us through the entire process, ensuring each stage was clearly understood before we progressed.
