Talyor’s previous experience includes working for the Official Receiver in London, where he was a member of the team who investigated high-profile public interest corporate insolvencies. He also worked providing company secretarial services to property development and investment companies in Bahrain in the Middle East.

He specialises in corporate law, structuring advice, compliance and governance, procurement and asset acquisitions and disposals.
