PROPERTY LAW specialist Justin McInally has joined Carter Newell as a senior associate in its corporate and commercial team.

McInally recently returned to Australia from the London, where he was an associate at international firm Dechert LLP.

His main areas of practice include high-level acquisitions of properties, industrial and contaminated sites, preparation of off the plan contracts, drafting special conditions, undertaking due diligence investigations, commercial and retail leasing, general property advice and ancillary agreements.
