Dinh Ptok has been welcomed to the firm, bringing almost 20 years’ experience advising on some of Victoria’s largest development projects.

Ms Ptok’s new role will see her lead KHQ’s commercial property and development team. She joins the firm after 14 years at Herbert Smith Freehills.

“Dinh is an exceptional property lawyer with an impressive pedigree,” KHQ’s managing director, David Kelly, said.

“I couldn’t be happier that Dinh chose KHQ as the springboard for the next phase of her career and look forward to supporting her as she expands the firm’s commercial property offering.

“The firm has weathered the COVID storm incredibly well, while simultaneously continuing the fulfillment of our strategic growth blueprint. Heading into 2021, we are ideally positioned to leverage the successes of this difficult year and move into the next phase of our plan”.

Commenting on her new role, Ms Ptok said: “It’s great to be a part of KHQ Lawyers’ strategic growth.

“I look forward to combining excellence in service with an approach to costs that listens to the market. The size and culture of the firm enable our people to think outside the box and put the client and our people at the heart of everything we do.”
