Regional law firm appoints managing principal
A regional law firm has welcomed a new managing principal, effective 1 July.

Coulter Roache has confirmed Anne O’Loughlin has taken to the top post as managing principal of the firm.
“While at present we all find ourselves in challenging times, I am excited about the future of Coulter Roache and I am looking forward to leading our team into the future,” Ms O’Loughlin said.
“Our dedicated staff at Coulter Roache are one of my main priorities as is ensuring we continue to deliver quality legal services and meet the needs of our clients both in our community and beyond.”
The move sees Martin Reid step down from the role of managing principal. He is currently transitioning towards his retirement from Coulter Roache later in 2020.
“On behalf of the [board], we would like to thank Martin for his 15 years of dedication to Coulter Roache including his two years as [managing principal]. I know I join with all our staff in wishing Martin every happiness and success in this new chapter in his life,” Ms O’Loughlin said.
Mr Reid noted: “It has been an absolute pleasure to have been part of the transformation of Coulter Roache into a fully integrated commercial law firm that provides specialist legal advice.”
In addition to the appointment of Ms O’Loughlin, Coulter Roache has appointed Bonnie Phillips to the role of head of department (family law); Alicia Carroll to head of department (corporate and commercial); and Jessica Eagles to head of department (property and development).
