Keypoint adds consulting principal to commercial team
Mid-tier firm Keypoint Law has continued its expansion of the commercial team with their appointment of a new consulting principal in its Melbourne office.

Felicity Walsh has filled many roles in her career, from a general counsel of Austin Health and of Australian Paper, to legal counsel of ASX-listed companies. She is also a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of several corporate counsel bodies.
“Her expertise as a senior commercial lawyer and general counsel will enable Felicity to assist our clients with a broad range of business law services, particularly our ‘outsourced general counsel’ service, our growing health law sub-speciality and in distribution,” he said.
Mr Walsh added that Keypoint is “positioned to fill the void” that has opened in the market’s mid-tier field, created by mergers of other firms. He said the expansion of the commercial teams across Sydney and Melbourne reflects the opportunities in this area.
Commenting on her decision to join Keypoint Law, Ms Walsh said: “I’m very excited to be welcomed by Keypoint Law to begin this new chapter in my career and I’m thrilled to be able to offer my expertise to both new and old clients and connections.”
