Ms Kam has advised on the full range of family law matters throughout her career, holding particular expertise in high-net-worth and complex property settlements, as well as financial agreements, international family law and parenting matters.

Elsewhere this new year, Lavan has promoted Mona Gill and Jeffrey Malone to the role of special counsel, based in the corporate team and reconstruction, recovery and insolvency team, respectively.

Meanwhile, Dragana Blackwood and Ashiba Sultana have been promoted to senior associates in Lavan’s family law team and construction and infrastructure team, respectively.
